Most of the families we serve have accumulated $1 million or more in investable assets and are looking for a long-term partner to help coordinate retirement income, investments, taxes, and legacy planning.

The best way to determine whether we are a fit is to schedule a Fit Call. If we are not the right firm for you, we will do our best to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.

You can expect proactive guidance, regular communication, and a retirement strategy that evolves with your life.

We meet with clients at least twice each year to review their progress and remain available between reviews as questions, decisions, or planning opportunities arise.

You will have a trusted team in your corner, ongoing education, and a plan that adjusts as your needs change.

Our goal is not simply to help you retire. It is to help you Retire As You Desire® and make every day feel a little more like Saturday.

We charge an advisory fee based on the assets we manage:

• 1.00% on the first $1 million

• 0.75% from $1 million to $5 million

• 0.50% from $5 million to $10 million

• 0.40% from $10 million to $25 million

• 0.30% from $25 million to $50 million

• 0.25% from $50 million to $100 million

• 0.20% above $100 million

Our minimum annual advisory fee is $10,000. If we manage less than $1 million for you, that minimum applies until your managed assets reach $1 million.

The fee is tiered, so each percentage applies only to the assets within that range.

Bloom Financial may also receive compensation from certain insurance or financial products. Any fees and potential conflicts will be disclosed before you move forward.

We believe it's not just about how much money you make, it's about how much you get to keep. That's why we proactively look for opportunities to help reduce taxes and improve the tax efficiency of your retirement plan.

While we don't prepare tax returns, we'll work closely with your CPA and help identify planning opportunities throughout the year.

Your assets are held with an independent third-party custodian rather than directly by Bloom Financial.

You will maintain access to your accounts and receive statements directly from the custodian. During the Fit Call and planning process, we will explain how your accounts are held, managed, and protected.
